Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Nexora healthcare workforce marketplace operated by Nexora Staffing by Aurelius Compliance Group (“Nexora,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The marketplace

Nexora is a technology platform that connects healthcare facilities with independent, credentialed professionals. Professionals engage as independent contractors, not employees of Nexora. Facilities are responsible for their worksites and supervision; professionals are responsible for their licensure, conduct, and the services they provide.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your credentials and for keeping your login secure.
• Facilities must sign the applicable staffing services agreement before posting shifts.
• Professionals must complete required acknowledgments and maintain valid, unexpired credentials.

Shifts, timesheets, and conduct

• Claiming a shift is a commitment to work it; cancellations and no-shows may affect your standing and may incur fees per the facility agreement.
• Clock-in and clock-out use device location to verify attendance. Falsifying location or time records is prohibited.
• Timesheets are subject to facility review and approval.

Payments

• Facilities are billed for completed shifts and applicable fees; invoices are net-30 and payable online through our payment processor.
• Professional earnings are calculated from approved timesheets. Professionals are responsible for their own taxes as independent contractors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including no fraud, no harassment, no unauthorized access, no scraping, and no attempts to circumvent security or compliance controls.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time, subject to records we must retain.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
